Scheduled Interviews and Questions

Since I am doing a food magazine about Big Water Fish Market, I plan to go there and interview people. I work at the restaurant so, I already talked to my boss and scheduled what day I am going in to interview customer, I am going Saturday the 15th. Some questions I will be asking are: What is your opinion on the food? What do you think of the vibe of the restaurant? What makes you come to this restaurant compared to others? What is your favorite thing on the menu? How often do you come to this restaurant?  I feel like these answers will be important to the readers because it gives a sense of how the restaurant is and how the food will be.
