My magazine targets people who want to go to great restaurants, it is a food review magazine. When it come to getting an audience Saveur is a great magazine to use as an example. One way they get their audience is by hosting events. Some recent events they have has are blogger awards and festivals with different restaurants featured in the magazine. They also interview chefs from around the world. They have created a news letter as well that you can sign up for. Saveur also has a ton of social media that you can follow.
